The Heist Release Date

The Heist — as you may know is our latest game, it's based on the HighSpeedChase 2 engine and it's a lot of fun! We have removed it from beta for the last 5 days for final testing. It's now complete and we thought it would be nice for you guys to see the game in its complete glory on its official release date of October 3rd where the game will be launching with medals and the leaderboards!
The help beta testers gave us on this release was amazing, we managed to fix all the bugs mentioned in the comments for The Heist and made our own additions, tweaks and updates to make the game more rounded. You may be interested to know that the "Specialists" play a much bigger role in the game now and there are other new features that beta testers will not have played with. You'll have to wait and see!
A big thanks to all players that helped out with the testing, in future I would like to award beta testers somehow, I will work out how we can do that before the next beta test.
Also, some of you are noticing the new Leaderboard! There is a slight bug where it thinks the last game you played is the first game you played, just my fault for trying to be too clever with the database. If you've got any suggestions for what you'd like to see on the new Leaderboard, leave a comment!

Wow, can't wait! Looks absolutely brilliant, well worth the waiting for. Though I'm no game-making expert, it seems you're making these pretty quickly, which is surprising as the games are fantastic. Thankyou for the release date, I much prefer that than having to check constantly with no knowledge of when it will arrive. Well done beta testers, and well done JohnnyTwoShoes team.

So that's why! :)It said, "Last win on Attak" for me, but I haven't played Attak in a few weeks now.. (Mostly played the Banana Dash Worlds, Sandstorm, and The Heist Beta)

It was great playing the Heist beta and being a part of tweaking the game to make it perfect. You should reward the beta testers with like 100 pts. Thats pretty fair.

@ mitch123456789 : Maybe...but it might be a better idea to reward only helpful beta testers; because being able to beta test is part of the reward. :)

DarkAchilles, i agree with you when you said that being a beta tester is part of the reward. I don't think that beta testers should get points on top (mostly because I'm jealous D:), but I would not be too bothered at the moment as points don't do an awful lot at the moment other than place you in the leaderboard. Is there any plan to do anything else with the point system at all?

Excellent! Can't wait to see The Heist in all it's glory! I'll have to put a plug on my blog when it comes out :P That may bring you... 2 people...... if that... ;)I also thank you guys so much for letting me beta test the game. It's amazing to see how it's evolved from when you first let us get our grubby little paws on it :P Oh and sorry to the rest of the people, I may have drooled on it a bit :\JTS Is amazing!
